1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading and using the Purdie Worldwide Removal app (“App”) from either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

By using the App, you agree to Purdie Worldwide Removal’s collection, use and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Content The App may contain content provided by Purdie Worldwide Removal or its licensors, including text, graphics, images, photographs, videos, audio, logos and software (“Content”). The Content is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit, any of the Content, in whole or in part.

Termination Purdie Worldwide Removal reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App, without notice, for any conduct that Purdie Worldwide Removal, in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another user, a third-party or Purdie Worldwide Removal.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability PURDIE WORLDWIDE REMOVAL DOES NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT, OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, AND YOU AGREE THAT FROM TIME TO TIME PURDIE WORLDWIDE REMOVAL MAY REMOVE THE APP FOR INDEFINITE PERIODS OF TIME, OR CANCEL THE APP AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE APP AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES DELIVERED TO YOU THROUGH THE APP ARE (EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY PURDIE WORLDWIDE REMOVAL) PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" FOR YOUR USE, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. BECAUSE SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, IN SUCH STATES OR JURISDICTIONS, PURDIE WORLDWIDE REMOVAL’S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
